Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering Human Resource initiatives in the local office as directed by the Human Resource Manager.
  • Handling correspondence for managers in a professional manner.
  • Motivate and lead a team of administrative professionals.
  • Perform administrative tasks for Managing Partners.
  • Processing basic accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Preparing presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrating initiative to improve communication and solving problems as they arise.
